The extensive remodel of this small apartment resulted in its resources being concentrated in two wall units. Entrance hall, toilet room, and closet are contained in one pinewood-clad volume. A second pinewood-clad wall incorporates a bench, a fireplace, and storage. The simplicity of the design and materials used give the apartment a satisfying amount of living space despite its limited floor area.
